In Norse folklore, both the Acorn and its bearer, the oak tree, bring good fortune. The Vikings associated oak trees with Thor, the god who created thunder and lightning with his great anvil and hammer. Because the tree attracted lightning, it was sacred to Thor. Thus they believed that the Acorn, the fruit of the oak tree, was always spared the god’s wrath, and so they began putting a lone Acorn on their windowsills to protect their houses.

Solid axe. The weight of the head and a powerful blunt end provide very good penetrated characteristics which is important for throwing, so for camping use.
The hardness of the high carbon steel (1566, G15660, 1066- USA, Ck67- Europe) 56-57 by Rockwell (HRC).
Zoning hardening.
It’s more than enough to hew hard kinds of wood.
Wood for handle- Ash tree.
It’s hand-covered by the patina on the natural basement and impregnated and covered by tung oil.
4 wedges and central spike. This type of fixing increases the reliability of the joint and provides a long period of comfort exploitation of the tool.
