Our Damascus is made by adopting the ancient technique of Forge Welding, Damascus is a combination of 1095HC and 15N20 low-carbon alloy steel.
You heat them together and then fold the bar over and over to get the desired layers, We Obtain 264 layers. Most of our Knives are made using the stock removal method.
Ground, polished and assembled by highly skilled craftsmen. Damascus Layers are exposed with an acid bath which shows the aesthetic pattern created while forging and manipulating layers in a sequence to get the desired pattern
