A hand-forged single-handed Viking axe. This is a woodworking/cutting tool ready for use. Type D (Wheeler V) – with the long handler.
This bearded axe is ideal for the Viking re-enactor, historical woodworker, or early medieval collector/enthusiast.

For a safety reason, this axe is not sharpened. You can sharpen this axe yourself.

HISTORICAL REFERENCE
This design is based on 8th-11th century bearded axe archeological finds which are commonly classified as Type D (Wheeler V). Date – From AD 800 to AD 875.
